Review: Acqua – Echoes (Ambient) Drew Wilson | November 2, 2016 This review covers the ambient track Acqua – Echoes. This track was released in 2009 online for free streaming. This is definitely a track to relax to. If you had a busy day and want to, say, calm down, this is definitely one of those tracks to listen to to aid that. This one features a very slow and gradual melody. It has a sort of subtle string and synth effect throughout the entire track. Even though this track features very little in the way of a complex assortment of instruments, the constantly varied melody allows this track to be sufficiently varied to stay interesting. One thing I do get from this track is a feeling of weightlessness. In fact, this would be fantastic music to go along with artist renditions of suns or planets. Overall, this track gets a thumbs up from me. Great soothing and slow melodies and a simple compliment of sounds that are brought to a certain complexity in melody to stay interesting. Definitely something to relax to if you want to get into a chilled out mood. Score 7/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
