Welcome to the 221st instalment of our first impression video series. Today, we are playing the Playstation 3 game, Dirt 3 for the first time. You can check out the video directly on YouTube or in the embed below:

After playing Dirt 2, I have to admit, I was pretty excited to play this one. I had a good experience with the previous game and getting a chance to play this one was high up on the list of things I was looking forward to.

One thing is for sure, this game definitely has a different feel to this one, though while I was recording this video, I honestly struggled to think of a way of describing the difference. Sadly, I still don’t know how to describe how the feeling is different, but it is. This isn’t to say it was good or bad or anything, but it definitely was different.

At any rate, I wanted to hear from you. What did you think of this game? For those who have played this game already, what are your thoughts? Was this a fun entry into the franchise or did you find this one to be lacking?

For those who have played other games in the franchise, but not this one, what did you think of what you saw here? Does this look like a game you’d be interested in playing or does this look more like a case of “been there, done that” to you?
