Review: Muffler – Northern Lights (Drum N Bass) Drew Wilson | December 19, 2016 This review covers the liquid drum n bass track Muffler – Northern Lights. This track was released in 2015 on the album Stone Cold. A great element in this track was the electric guitar-like synth that was used throughout. This really helped add to the quality of the overall sound. The subtle synth string also added a certain dimension to the track even if it was subtle. The transitions between sections of the track were subtle, but effective. Of course, it helps when the sections are somewhat similar. The track was certainly well named. There is that sense of beauty and mystery that subtly dances throughout the track. Overall, this track is a pretty good track. It has a nice electric guitar element. The string synths worked quite well. It has a sufficient amount of progression and decent transitions. Certainly worth a listen. Score 7/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
