Review: Hole – Celebrity Skin (Rock) Drew Wilson | July 6, 2015 This review covers the rock track Hole – Celebrity Skin. This track was released in 1998 on the album of the same name. This track paints a nicely dark picture of life as a celebrity. A real strength of this track is the complexity of the lyrics which not only portrays a mood, but a whole story to boot. The vocals also do a great job at making this track enjoyable. I thought the vocals were quite well executed here. The overall melody was very nicely done as well. The guitars really added a lot to this track. Generally speaking, I thought this was a great track. The lyrics offer a nice refreshing amount of complexity not always seen in mainstream music. The overall sound was very nice. Gets a thumbs up from me. Score 8/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
