Welcome to the 53rd instalment of our first impression video series. Today, we are playing the PC/Steam game, Far Cry 4 for the first time. You can check out the video directly on YouTube or in the embed below:

At this point, we made it to the two thirds mark of the franchise. We’ve played through the first three games and have made it all the way to the fourth game. So, we are curious to know from you how you are finding the Far Cry franchise. While the first three games does seem to represent a gradual improvement overall, are you finding that the games are getting better from the 4th instalment onward or are the later instalments not going so well?

Also, what did you think of the 4th game? Was it a great addition to the franchise? Is it just carrying the series along? Was it taking the series in the wrong direction? What were your thoughts on this game? Also, are there any particular features that were brought in to Far Cry 4 that were particularly memorable or was it remembered more for it’s more overall experience?
