Welcome to the 11th instalment of my vlog. Today, I talk about the incredibly cool moment of going viral on KBin yesterday. I also talk about what I see as the possible future of these Reddit alternatives.

This little journey started with me covering the Reddit controversy. I did a writeup to what all happened here at the time.

I then followed that up with an update to what all was happening with the growth of KBin, Lemmy, and Beehaw on the ActivityPub protocol.

That resulted in this going to the front page of the technology news magazine on KBin.

As a result, notifications were blowing up like crazy, there was lots of discussion surrounding my article, and I saw a nice sizable traffic spike on my end.
