Review: Mike Shiver & Aruna – Everywhere You Are (Mike Shiver’s Catching Sun Mix) (Trance) Drew Wilson | December 4, 2017 This review covers the progressive trance track Mike Shiver & Aruna – Everywhere You Are (Mike Shiver’s Catching Sun Mix). This track was released in 2010 as a single along with 4 other versions. A major element in this track were the vocals. They did an excellent job at giving this track a dreamy sound to the whole thing. The chopped vocal portions were a very nice touch as well. The lyrics, though brief, worked nicely in this track. They add to the overall mysterious dream-like tone to the whole track. The melodies towards the beginning did a great job at building the track up. The bassline worked quite well and the chords were nicely done. While the main melody was reduced to being simply a pad, the vocals certainly do a good enough job at floating this track all on their own. Overall, I thought this was a great track. It has excellent vocals and great lyrics. The dream-like mood in this track wise nicely backed by great pads and subtle melodies. Hardly any flaws in this one that I could hear. Definitely a recommended track as far as I’m concerned. Score 8/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
