Review: MEM – Illumination (Progressive House) Drew Wilson | January 6, 2016 This review covers the progressive house track, MEM – Illumination. This track was released in 2011 on the compilation album Dusk Till Doorn. The big part of the track was the melody found in this track. It not only sounds great, but has a sort of rhythm to it. The bassline, while somewhat simple, is quite effective and adds to the overall rhythm to the track. The sidechained synthetic string also adds a nice backing to the overall track. I kind of wished the better parts of the track were a bit longer, but that’s my only real complaint I have with this track. Overall, this track is definitely enjoyable. I definitely recommend it if you want something that is somewhat uplifting. A pretty good all around track. Score 7/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
