Review: Ilya Soloviev – Universal Universe (Original Mix) (Trance) Drew Wilson | February 6, 2017 This review covers the progressive trance track Ilya Soloviev – Universal Universe (Original Mix). This track was released in 2009 as a single along with the Poshout club mix. The track starts off with some interesting synth that definitely helps provide a bit of a rhythm. As part of the build-up, there’s an additional sub-melody which makes it sound pretty good. Then the track starts with what made this a great track – the chopped vocals. These chopped vocals happened to be really well produced. After this, the breakdown occurs and the track begins building up with a piano solo layered with choir and synth pads. The buildup was quite well done and adds a certain uplifting power. The climax of this track layers what already made the track with the piano elements. A very well done part to say the least. Overall, I thought this was a particularly great track. Great vibes, excellent chopped vocals, great breakdown and great piano elements. A highly recommended track to say the least.
