First Impression Video: Portal 2 (PC/Steam)

This is the 9th instalment of our first impression video series. For this month’s game, we are playing Portal 2 for the first time.

Welcome to the 9th instalment of our first impression video series. Today, we are giving Portal 2 a try. This, of course, is the sequel to the game Portal which was the subject of an earlier first impression video. You can check out this video directly on YouTube or in the below embed:

The collection of these video’s is now getting close to double digits now. It all started with the Half-Life 2 first impression video. This extended into the expansions of the game: Lost Coast, Episode One, and Episode Two.

From there, we expanded our knowledge by playing Portal. What followed is the games Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Last month, we added our first racing game to the collection when we played Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010 version).

A minor note is that we had the slight issue of the voiceover being a little low. We didn’t notice this until after recording. Voicework is still audible, but not at the levels that we would like to see. Still, if we redid it, it wouldn’t be a first impression anymore. Still, in spite of this, we hope you enjoy this video and look forward to producing more in the future.
