A.T.P. – Driftations (Marninx Dedicated Mix) [Commercial] An impressive melody made this track a fantastic thing to hear. The arpeggio capitalized on the melody and added an element of raw sound power. This track which features excellent elements truly deserved to make this list. 8.5/10 9. Nic Chagall – What You Need (Original Extended) [Commercial] While what you need may mean nothing for Nic, this track certainly needs to be on this list. Fantastic lyrics, great guitars, and excellent acoustic sounds are just part of what makes this track excellent. 8.5/10 8. Hellsystem – Gladiators [Commercial] A great gabber hardcore track that features both great synth elements and great orchestral elements. The powerful orchestral elements were a really nice touch. The gladiator theme helped give this track the bonus points for creativity to push one over the top. 8.5/10 7. Outblast & Angerfist – The Dominators 2009 Refix [Commercial] Another hardcore track. With an interesting melody and great voice samples, this track is nothing but hardcore excellence. 9/10 6. Vision84 – Highway Central (Nitrous Oxide Remix) [Commercial] The list goes back to trance. Toby Emerson – Can You Feel the Music (Melt Your Face Off Mix) [Commercial] The only house track to make the list, but how can you argue when it made the top 3 this year? While this track features a title that makes you cringe at the possible cliches that may be buried within, the cliche worries melt away as you get treated to some seriously powerful synth and amazing sound. What sets this track apart was the fantastic flow in which it builds up into one incredible climax. 9.5/10 2. This track completely blew me away with it’s stunningly excellent sound. A track with huge “wow” factors all around. 10/10 Honorable Mention While that concludes the top 10 list, there was one track that does seriously deserve an honorable mention. It didn’t quite make the top 10, but it came so incredibly close, it was hard to decide which track was to make the list this year. Lange Vs. Gareth Emery – Another Me, Another You (Original Mix) (Commercial) A track that boasts multiple great basslines, interesting rhythm, enchanting voice samples, and great melodies, this is one catchy track. 8.5/10 There you have it.
