Review: Twilight – Angels Calling (Psytrance)

This review covers the psytrance track Twilight – Angels Calling.

This track was released in 2009 on the album Angels Calling.

A standard element in psytrance is the bassline. In this track, the bassline does a decent job at tying the whole track together in this large array of synthetic and vocal sound.

There’s plenty of small elements throughout the track. There’s the vocal samples and the angelic vocals that occasionally make an appearance in this track. There’s some build-ups that are actually not bad. A coupe of the melodies were pretty good as well.

The downside of this track is that there’s not really one big thing in this track that stands out and makes this track totally stand out from the pack. There’s good sounds in this track, but there was nothing that was really put on a pedestal that I could tell that makes me say, “Wow, that was an amazing thing in this track!”

Otherwise, this track was decent enough. Not amazing, but not bad either. It’s an OK listen.
