Review: Silent Extent – She is Gone (Drum N Bass) Drew Wilson | June 13, 2016 This review covers the neuro drum n bass track Silent Extent – She is Gone. This track was released in 2008 on the compilation album Tech-Construction LP. One distinct feature of this track is the vocal sample used. This did give this track a nicely distinct sound. There is a basic melody which also helped make this track a pleasant one to listen to. The synthetic string also helped give this track a nice boost in quality. That’s not to say this track is exactly amazing. The sub bass heard in this track sometimes gets tired with only one note being sustained for so long. The bassline was OK, but nothing too special. Still, this track does have plenty of positive elements throughout. So, taking the good with the bad, I would say this was a good track. It didn’t exactly blow me away, but I found it pleasant enough to listen to it a few times. Score 6.5/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
