Review: Logistics – Beatbox Master (Drum N Bass) Drew Wilson | May 18, 2015 This review covers the drum n bass track Logistics – Beatbox Master. This track was released in 2006 on the album Now More Than Ever. One feature this track has is the human beatboxing. I’m not sure if this is Beatbox Elliott, but if it isn’t, there is some similarities in the sound. This, of course, is not a bad thing as it’s just a sampling tool that this is from. Another great feature in this track is the vocoded voice sampling that goes on throughout the track. I thought this added a nice amount of personality to this over top of the beatboxing. The bass was also nicely done as it added an interesting melody. The sub-bass was subtle, but added a good amount of warmth. Overall, this is definitely a track that puts a smile on my face. It’s a very fun track to groove to. Definitely a great track to listen to and recommended even if you are new to drum n bass. Score 8/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
