Review: Code 64 – Accelerate (Radio Edit) (Synth-Pop) Drew Wilson | November 4, 2015 This review covers the synth-pop track Code 64 – Accelerate (Radio Edit). This track was released in 2013 on the Accelerate EP. Probably the most interesting element in this track was the vocals. The vocals manage to give off a punk rock, death metal, vocoded sound, and pop vibe all in the same track… and manages to make it all work anyway. I thought this was definitely quite a feat in and of itself, so a very nicely done element. The overall synth sound works quite well here. It compliments the vocals very nicely. It also contains a very nicely done melody throughout, tying the whole track together well. In terms of mastering, I thought this was also well done. Everything balances out nicely and no one thing drowns out another. So, a nicely done effort on this front. Overall, I thought this was a great track that blends a lot of different vibes throughout. An interesting track to listen to to say the least. Score 8/10 Drew Wilson on Twitter: @icecube85 and Google+.
