We ran into a pile of recording problems in making this one. Namely, the main software we use to record PC games suddenly stopped taking audio for the first time in the year we’ve been using it. We spent an hour of troubleshooting to no avail. So, we spent two hours trouble-shooting OBS instead. This has been great for recording PS3 content, but terrible for PC game recording. After fussing with tutorials and forum threads that led nowhere, we ultimately managed to get something half way decent. The only problems were the black bars on the left and right hand side (tried every technique from cropping to changing the canvas to no avail and ultimately gave up and called it “as good as we’re going to get it”).

We didn’t adjust the audio settings for game audio levels due to frustrations, but will remember that for next time (luckily, it isn’t terrible in the first place this time around. We did figure out the problem with the other software, so we should be back to using the old method after this month (which worked so well all this time).

Anyway, have you heard of this title? A lot of people I spoke to say “no”, so this is probably something some people haven’t heard of before. For those who have played it, was this a good game? Some people called it a Diablo clone, but we could definitely see systems that resembled some of the Ultima games. Is that any of the vibes you got though? Even then, would that deter you from checking this game out or encourage you to try this one? Let us know in the comments below!
